  • ROB ZOMBIE Completes Work On '3 From Hell' Film; Early Fall Release Expected

    Rob Zombie has officially completed work on "3 From Hell", the sequel to his earlier films "House Of 1,000 Corpses" and "The Devil's Rejects".

    Zombie confirmed that the movie is a wrap during an appearance on yesterday's (Monday, April 8) edition SiriusXM's "Trunk Nation LA Invasion: Live From The Rainbow Bar & Grill".

    When asked about the delay in the release of his long-completed new solo album, Rob said: "I had to finish the movie. I just literally finished that two days ago. That's done. That was taking my life for the last couple of years."

    Pressed for a release date on the film, Rob said: "I don't know for sure. In the early fall — September vicinity." READ MORE

  • DEMONS & WIZARDS: Remastered Editions Of First Two Albums Now Available On All Digital Platforms

    DEMONS & WIZARDS, the side project of ICED EARTH mainman Jon Schaffer and BLIND GUARDIAN singer Hansi Kürsch, has released remastered versions of its first two albums on all digital platforms.

    As of today, the two acclaimed albums "Demons & Wizards" (2000) and "Touched By The Crimson King" (2005) are finally available again. Remastered by Chris "Zeuss" Harris (ICED EARTHQUEENSRŸCHESANCTUARY), these two records will also be released as expanded deluxe editions on June 7. The expanded editions will feature liner notes by Kürsch and Schaffer as well as bonus material and will be released as a limited-edition digipak, deluxe 2LP with etching and LP booklet as well as digital deluxe editions.   • OVERKILL To Release 'The Wings Of War' Album In February

    New Jersey thrash metal veterans OVERKILL will release their 19th studio album, "The Wings Of War", on February 22, 2019 via Nuclear Blast. The disc was recorded at Gear Recording Studio in New Jersey, SKH Studio in Florida and Jrod Productions with engineering handled by bassist D.D. Verni and guitarist Dave Linsk. The album was produced by the band while Chris "Zeuss" Harris took care of the mixing and mastering. Travis Smith (NEVERMOREOPETHSOILWORKDEATH) was again enlisted to create the artwork for the album. "The Wings Of War" marks OVERKILL's recording debut with drummer Jason Bittner(SHADOWS FALLFLOTSAM AND JETSAM), who joined the band last year.
